Arin was exceptional during the entire process. Is my first time ever having to handle any funeral arrangement. Arin was so informative making sure I knew how the process and what to expect next. She was so proactive I did not know what examiners office my uncle was in, she found out, forwarded the papers and took care of everything. I had not even met her yet and she did what was necessary to makes the transition smooth. She took care of traveling documentations and I had not even made a payment. I never once felt harassed, rush, anxious or lost. On the contrary Her empathy allowed me to grieve without the hassle of having to fit one more errand into my schedule. She went above and wound for my family and I and I will for ever be grateful to her this experience although not the greatest situation will leave a positive imprint in our life. In spite of the emotional nature of losing a loved one, the Director, Aspen, delivered exceptional comfort during this very difficult time. She continues to check on my well being, which is now almost two months after the loss of my wife. This is truly outstanding service and so appreciated.
