This package includes:

• Removal of remains*
• Local transportation to crematory*
• Crematory fee
• Necessary services of staff and authorization
• Basic Alternative Container

Package does not include an attendant, rites, ceremonies, cemetery expense, cash advance items, or auto usage greater than a 25-mile radius.*

*Additional charges of $6.00 per mile beyond the 25-mile radius

This package includes:

• Basic services of funeral director and staff
• Removal of remains*
• Local transportation to crematory*
• Service utility vehicle*
• Use of facilities and staff for memorial service
• Crematory Fee

Services do not include cemetery expense, cash advance items, or auto usage greater than a 25-mile radius.*

*Additional charges of $6.00 per mile beyond the 25-mile radius

• Post embalming care of the deceased

• Local transportation to crematory*
• Hearse
• Use of facilities and staff for funeral ceremony
