FRAZER, Melissa Veronica, 51, of Tampa, Florida passed away July 30, 2019. She was born on February 27, 1968 in Ridgewood New Jersey and is survived by her loving husband, Shawn Frazer; her son, Shawn Louis VanDyke; daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Villasenor; parents, Kenneth M. Osetek and Margaret M. Schust; sister, Tracy Villaplana; and six grandchildren, Mia, Isabella, Landon, Liam, Logan, and Leandro Villasenor.
