He is survived by his brother, George Albert Williams, his wife, Rebecca Williams, children Christi (Clay) Hildebrand, Andy (Tara) Williams, Bryan Williams and his fiancé Julia Kizer, and Emily Williams.  Grandchildren Raycin , Rydin and Madelyn, and Christi and Andy’s mother Judy Marsella ….as well as numerous friends that were considered as FAMILY.

Charlie was born in Ohio and relocated to Florida when he was 3 years old.  He graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1966.  He served in the Army, on the only ship , from 1969 to 1972.  He had numerous jobs until he found his passion…Truck Repair and Fabrication…He and his wife owned and operated Will Fab, Inc. located in Ybor City.

Charlie was known for his humor and generous spirit…he will be missed by many.

One of Charlie’s favorite songs was by Alabama “Angels Among Us”…He was truly an Earthly Angel to so many.

Oh I believe there are, angels among us
Sent down to us, from somewhere up above
They come to you and me, in our darkest hours
To show us how to live, to teach us how to give
To guide us with the light of love

Another song sums up his love for me…”Forever’s As Far As I’ll Go”…and he did…he will always be in my heart️ forever…Love, Farnsworth….

I will give you my heart
Faithful and true
And all the love it can hold
That's all I can do
But I've thought about
How long I'll love you
And it's only fair that you know
Forever's as far as I'll go.

Thoughts from his Children…

Christi,

I will remain forever grateful for all you taught me, Dad.

My heart is breaking to say goodbye for now, but the world needs angels like you in Heaven, just as we did on Earth.

I miss holding your hand and I miss hearing your voice, but I can feel your love in my heart.

Though my eyes may fill with tears at times, my heart is full of memories.

I trust you’ll have my skates ready when I get there, so I can join in the fun.

I’ll see you in the moon tonight.

You will live on in the songs in my heart.

Andy,

“For to me, to live is Christ [He is my source of joy, my reason to live] and to die is gain [for I will be with Him in eternity].”
PHILIPPIANS 1:21 AMP

My father was my hero. To me, he had more strength, more compassion, more humility and more integrity than any man I’ve ever known. He treated others with immense respect and love and taught me to do so as well. He passed on so many life lessons to our family and showed us all how to act like a man of God to those around us. He will forever be my advisor and even though I can’t pick up the phone to ask him questions, I believe I will still hear him give me the answers I need because he is in my heart. I already miss our talks Dad. Thank you for always making me laugh and for showing me how a man should be. Thank you for your love and support. You are and will always be my hero. I love you Pop.

Bryan,

Heaven gained an amazing angel to most you were just Charlie, sweet Charlie, grey ghost, or chuckles but to me you were dad and the Lord knows how much you taught me and how much you meant to me, but I also know how much he must have needed someone in heaven like you. He must not know how you don’t finish projects but that’s life you are the best starter of projects I love you dad and I know you’re having fun with grandma and grandpa up there. Rest In Peace you are and always will be my hero and biggest fan. I love you Charlie Williams.

Emily,

Breaks my heart as I lay here wishing this was all a bad dream....Heaven gained the best angel last night. Daddy things will never be the same here on earth without you but, I find all the peace in my heart to know your no longer in pain.... keep an eye on all of us down here I know you are having a ball up there with your mom and pop skating through the heavenly sky prayers for my family as we go through this heartbreaking time, my daddy was a special man but now he’s got the best seat in the house to watch over all of us, forever my angel I love you daddy and I’ll always be your little girl !
