Obituary of Edwin Camacho

On Monday, August 24, 2020, Edwin Camacho, dear brother, father passed on to be with the Lord at the age of 58. Edwin will forever be remembered by his family and friends.  Edwin was born in Brooklyn N.Y. on February 5, 1962 and attended school there. He later enlisted into the U.S. Airforce and proudly served for 9 years during the Gulf War before being honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant.  

Edwin was a loving brother and father who truly loved his family. He enjoyed the simple things in life such as building small model cars in his free time and riding his motorcycle with his friends whenever he could. He loved animals and dogs and was often seen riding with him on his personal golf cart.  Edwin also enjoyed traveling to Puerto Rico and always made it a point to visit his family, especially two people who helped raise him, his step-mother Norma and step-father Jose Juan who he dearly loved.  Most of all, Edwin truly enjoyed helping others and will be missed by family and friends who will always remember his infectious smile and loving heart. He is preceded in death by his mother Virginia, his father Gerardo and his beloved brother Miguel. Edwin is survived by his daughter, Krystal, his grandson Tyson and his sisters Nattie, Grace and Brenda.
