Obituary of Bobby Phillip Smith

Bobby Phillip Smith 87 of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away July 29^th 2021.  He was born October 6^th 1933.  He was born in Crossville, AL and moved to Land O’Lakes from Tampa, FL in 1970.  Bobby was a proud veteran and served in the United States Air Force.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Land O’ Lakes.  Mr. Smith was in church every time the doors were open.  He loved sharing his faith in Jesus Christ.  He also loved family gatherings with lots of good food and fellowship, and he loved the Tampa sports teams, Bucs, Rays, and Lightning.

He is preceded in death by his father W.B. Smith and mother Ruby Certain.

He is survived by his ex-wife Lucy Smith, sons Randy (Lavern) Smith, Donald Smith, daughters Carol (Carl) Woodland, Cheryl (Jim) Harden.  His 5 grandchildren – Jaquelyn (David) Carroll, Andraya Croteau, Joel (Marissa) Croteau, Brittany (Garauv) Gupta, and Aaron (Robby) Rivera, and also his 3 great grandchildren Elise Carroll, Benjamin Carroll, and Ariana Gupta.
