Obituary of Francis Christopher Kinney IV

Francis Christopher “Frank” Kinney IV, 50, passed away August 15, 2021. Frank was born October 30, 1970 in Cleveland, Ohio to Cheryl Woodward and the late Francis Christopher Kinney III. Frank was raised in Tampa, Florida and believed in living life day to day (literally).  No matter how rough life was going he loved to talk to everyone and tried his best to make them smile and laugh. He also loved nature and his freedom to do whatever he wanted.

Besides his mother he is survived by his sisters; Kerri Lassiter and Angela Hall; sons, Christopher, Caleb and Jacob Kinney and 1 grandson, Silas Kinney.

He will be greatly missed and always loved.
