Obituary of Leon Levoid Waters

Leon Levoid Waters (Lee), 79, passed away on September 6, 2021. Lee was born in Zephyrhills and graduated from Apopka High School. After serving in the U.S. Army, Lee moved to Tampa, married and raised a family. He worked in printing, repairing and installing presses, eventually starting his own business, Tampa Area Graphics. 

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 53 years, Nancy Jo Perez Waters and his brother Kenneth Waters. He is survived by daughters Debra Toloday, Natalee Waters (Roby Page) and Brandee Stack (William Stack), sister Gaynell Sheinheit and grandchildren Tyler, Maisie, Cooper and Owen.

Lee was a carpenter and a handyman. With his father’s help, he built the family home. There wasn’t much he couldn’t repair. He loved to travel with his family, pulling a trailer all over the country to explore its beauty.
