Obituary of Juan V. Santallana, Sr.

Juan V. Santallana Sr., 64, of Tampa, passed away peacefully at home on January 6, 2022 with his family by his side. 

Juan was born September 1, 1957 in Pinar del Rio, Cuba.  He graduated from Jefferson High School and was a proud Dragon alumnus.  He married Amarillys (Ruiz) Santallana on November 21, 1999.  Juan loved cooking for family and friends.  He lived to make others happy.  His sense of humor and love of life will be greatly missed. 

Those who will miss Juan the most include his wife, Amy, sons Julian and his wife Cari and Juan Jr and his wife Sonia; his grandchildren- Julianna Vanessa and her husband Israel Perenzuela, Julian Jr, Joel, Javier and Josvani; and his great-grandchildren Bella Rose, Daniel, and Kayden.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Iglesia Misionera  10651 Anderson Rd. Tampa, FL 33624  on January 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Help Juan GoFundme account https://gofund.me/469c7996
