Andrea Ceraulo

Obituary of Andrea Faye Ceraulo

Andrea Faye Ceraulo, of Wimauma FL, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2022, after a brief battle with cancer.

Andrea was born on April 18, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated Erasmus High School in 1962 and moved to Manhattan where she was a secretary for a number of financial companies. She moved to Queens NY and married Charles Ceraulo in 1970. They later divorced, but remained close friends. Andrea came to Tampa in 1986 and acquired her real estate license and worked part time as a property manager for over 20 years. In 1990, Andrea began her career with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office as part of the Warrants section. It was there that she met many dear and lifelong friends. She looked forward to the monthly “sheriff gals” dinner where she was known by all to be a picky eater. Andrea retired in April 2011 with 21 years of service.  In 2016, Andrea and her partner, Kaye Garcia, moved to Valencia Lakes where she truly enjoyed her home and neighbors. Andrea was an avid reader and could be found basking in the sun with a good book in hand. She liked solving crossword puzzles and word games. Andrea enjoyed meeting people and was a great listener. She lit up the room with her smile. She was a loyal friend and could always be counted on for her brutal honesty.  Andrea will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Andrea was preceded in death by her beloved parents Michael Silver and Ruth Arnstein Silver and brother, Theodore “Teddy” Silver. She is survived by her partner, Kaye Garcia and family, Charles Ceraulo and many very dear and loving friends.

Per Andrea’s request, there will be no service.
