Obituary of Ernest L. Parks

Ernest was welcomed into Heaven on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara, his caretaker son James (Bud) Parks and his grandson, Jason Hall of Cape Coral. Also suriving is his daughter, Joyce Peck and her husband Ivan, granddaughter, Kristi Lee and two great granddaughters, Kambry and Everlee.  Ernest was one of the special people that don't come around every day.  He touched so many lives in his 93 years.  He was a good man with a good heart and he will be missed by a great many people.  

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 am at Southside Baptist Church, 3911 W. Bay Ave., Tampa.  Graveside Services will follow at 2 pm at Florida National Cemetery 6502 S.W. 102nd Ave., Bushnell, Florida.
