Charles Victor Rhea, born 12/4/1953 in Anderson county, Clinton Tennessee. passed away in Tampa Florida on 5/22/23.

Chuck is preceded in Death by his parents Carlos Jr. Rhea and Dorothy Seiber and sibling Wilma and survived by his siblings Rebecca,Laura, and David Rhea. Children Angela and Lorinda. Step Sons Ricky and Robert. Grandchildren, Valerie,Alexis,Judy, Devon,Eliana,Ricky Jr., Robert Jr.,Alex,Michele, Gabby and  great granddaughter Yuna.

Chuck was an all around great guy, he loved to garden and described himself as an ol hillbilly he had a wonderful sense of humor all the way to the end, he endured no pain and went peacefully in his sleep.
