HENRY LEE "SAMMIE" SMITH SUNRISE: APRIL, 22, 1954 SUNSET: DECEMBER 1, 2006 Mr. Henry L. Smith was born to Bessie Lee Smith and the late John Wesley in Tampa, Florida on April 22, 1954. He was educated in the schools of Hillsborough County. Mr. Smith was known as "Sammie" by his friends and family. His legacy in life was to "live life leaving a smile to all". Mr. Smith left this life December 1, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, John Wesley and Judy Smith.
