Obituary of Foster H Fink

FINK, Foster H, 88, of Tampa died peacefully at home with family, Sunday, July 15, 2007. He was born August 7, 1918 in Kewannee, KY, raised in Millersburg, Ohio from age 5. Foster was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Lucille in 1999, and a daughter, Betty Jane Harper. He is survived by 4-sons, Robert (Judith) of Tampa; Roger J. of Fort Wayne, IN; Richard (Sandra) of Prescott Valley, AZ; David (Linda) of Marietta, GA; 1-sister, Delphia McKelvey of Millersburg, OH. Foster retired after 39 years as an industrial electrician with the Timken Co. in Canton, OH. He wintered in Tampa, FL 25 years before moving there permanently in 2005. Foster was a decorated Veteran of WWII including 3 bronze stars and a purple heart with the 7th Armored Division for the Battle of the Bulge, Rhineland, and Central Europe Campaingns. He was combat wounded near the Czech. Border in April 1945. Per his request he will be cremated and buried in the family plot at Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Tampa with graveside services at a later date. hn glover death datepsychology and lung cancer
