DOUGHERTY, Richard C. “Rick”, 64, of Spring Hill, FL, passed away on July 16, 2007. Born in New York City, he lived most of his adult life in the central Florida area.. Richard retired from the Orange County Fire Dept. as a Lieutenant in 1992 after 27 years of service. He was a Marine Corp Veteran.
