He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Beverly and his brother, John Albert. Mark is survived by his wife Penelope E. Harris, 2-sisters, Beverly Dell, San Antonio, TX and Barbara Harris Jones, New Port Richey, FL, nephew, Larry Ray Dell, San Antonio, TX; family and friends.
