Obituary of Simon Louis Pratt

PRATT Jr., Simon Louis "Spike", 64, of Plant City, on January 19, 2011. Simon went home to be with Lord and Savior, January 19, 2011. He was born March 11, 1946 to the late Simon L. Pratt Sr. and Margeretta Curry Pratt. Simon was born in Trenton, New Jersey and then moved to Tampa, Florida, where he had lived over 30 years. He was a retired owner operator truck driver. Simon enjoyed his grandkids, he accepted Christ. He enjoyed meeting people and enjoyed talking with them. Simon would do anything he could to help his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Pratt. Simon leaves to cherish his fondest memories , his devoted wife, Chiffon Ming Pratt; one son, George (Marsha) Pratt of Jacksonville, Fla.; three daughters, Karmen (Leondus) Hardnett of Fayetteville, Ga., Simone (Jeffrey) Reddick of Tampa, Fla., and Karen Pratt of Burlington, N.J.; one step-daughter, Kaytrina James of Tampa, Fla.; a host of grandkids; Leondus Hardnett Jr., Ka Leah Hardnette, Kiera Hardnett, Jayson Reddick, Jayla Reddick, George A Pratt, Morgan Pratt, Shalicia James, Tanigah Smith, and DaJuan Pratt; his devoted mother-in-law, Sarah Dawkins; brother, Dennis (Sandra) Pratt of Burlington, N.J.; sisters, Louise (James) Scott of East Hampton, N.J., twin sister, Margenetta (Willie) Ritten of Hampton, N.J., Brenda Crawley of Alexandera, Va., Kathy Ganies of Orlando, Fla., Jacqueline (Edison) Mclean of Trenton, N.J. and Frances (Eric) Evans of Camden, N.J.,; brother-in-law, Van Ming and sister-in-law, Felicia (Danny) Acosta; Verna and Marvin and Sandra Ming, Courtney all of Tampa, Fla.; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; special friends, Edwin Lee of New Jersey, Mr. and Mrs. Theo Kinght, Mr. and Mrs. Meeks, Mr. & Mrs. Register, Mr. & Mrs Leo Medig and family, Ms Diana Gradillas, Mr. and Mr. Cooper, Mr. & Mrs. Jose Montana, Cathy Gordon, Jeffery Branton and family, Mr. R.
