Obituary of Jo-Ellyn Guggino

Jo-Ellyn Guggino passed away January 25, 2020 as a result of complications with Alzheimer's. Jo-Ellyn was a sweet, kind person, and a loving daughter, wife, and mother. A professional ice skater (she turned down a contract with Holiday on Ice to marry and raise a family), school librarian, published poet and short story writer, and skilled jewelry maker. She baked the best mango bread ever. The earth is a lesser place with her passing.  She joins her husband Phillip Guggino, mother Dorothy Friedlein, sister Betty McCoy, and daughter Teresa Lutker, in heaven.  She is survived by daughters, Gina LaMonte and Lisa Bingham; grandchildren Jesse Guggino, Jeremy Lutker and Zoey Lutker; great-grandson Jace Lutker.  Donations may be directed to LifePath Hospice in her name.
