I realize this may never be read but his Plastipak Friends have just now seen this. Tim was incredible .. I'm not sure what else to say but he was the only person I knew who "skated " down the ski slopes. Fun to be with a great EHS person for us.

Thank you all for the beautiful memories you shared of Tim. Our lives are forever changed and there is an emptiness in our hearts that can never be filled. We miss him so much but are so thankful for the time we had him. Soar with the eagles now....

To the family of Tim Moore: Please accept my sincere condolences. It was with great sadness that I learned of the Tim's passing. A French minor at the U of Findlay, Tim was known for his enthusiasm -- his love of the French language and French-speaking cultures was contagious. He became president of the Cercle Français, and enventually traveled with a coed group to spend 11 days in Québec province. After a car trip, followed by a train trip, we traveled by van down the north side of the St. Lawrence to Tadoussac, and back up the south side of the river before taking the train back west. We initially stopped in Toronto long enough to visit the Hockey Hall of Fame where Tim and Matt Greenawalt had a go at Bobby-Foot. Thinking of Tim during that trip brings back many fun and adventurous memories -- a kayak trip, a baseball game at the now defunct Expos stadium where Tim and Matt shagged flies, dinner in a nice restaurant before the opera La Bohème in Québec City, visiting students in English classes at the high school where the opera star's mother taught, before heading to Fort Chambly on the Richelieu River where the B & B where we stayed was the former officers' quarters. Just as Tim greeted the world with a smile, he welcomed new experiences. He and Matt used roller blades to visit Québec City. In the days of U of F club hockey, Tim had spent time explaining the rules of the game to me. As a result, I became a real hockey fan in the years that followed. My memories of Tim recall joyful and playful times, his sincere love of the French language and culture, and a dedication to his chosen profession. Que Tim repose en paix et qu'il reste dans nos beaux souvenirs. --Mlle Myer

Dear Tim
A lot of your friends from Caen just learned today of what happened a few weeks ago. It was only yesterday we sat in front of our screens in time zones from Santa Barbara to Dubai, saw each other’s faces for the first time in years and talked about our time together in France nearly two decades ago. We kind of promised to find you so you could take part the next time, maybe even we’d meet all of us at some point in time when the travelling we all love is easier again.
At first it was not really you that was found, only the horrible news of you passing away. But taking a few deep breaths and reading your obituary here gives the comfort of knowing you have spent all these years since we last met being what you were so incredibly good at: being you — being the fantastic person whose smile, personality and attitude could make the clouds above anyone’s head vanish in the split of a second. Thanks for the time we shared and for being the one you were — the one you still are, because you are not forgotten. No one could meet you and remain unchanged, and the memory of you will never go away.

I spent many years in school with Tim (at MVS) and have the fondest memories of our bike rides, fun jokes, and wonderful learning experiences. He was a good friend, a kind person, and taught me so much about life and friendship. I recount our bike riding experiences to my kids all the time. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Tim was a great coworker and a great asset to JBT. He was always a pleasure to be around and a positive energy at all times. He is now and always will be sorely missed. Great people such as Tim are few and far between anymore. We that knew him are forever blessed.
In this difficult time, with the tragedy our world is facing, our Lord in Heaven needed a HSE Manager and only the best will do. He got the best there is.
