God the Sovereign Lord of glory dispatched into this earthly realm a Spirit-Being commissioned to human experience by the name of Raymond Miller and likewise saw fit to call him back to Himself. We extend our sincerest condolences to the Family.
Miller Family, although our hearts mourn, we yet celebrate Ray’s legacy by the gift he has left is in each of you. May you live your lives in a manner that influences and impacts the lives of many for the greater good! We all have been wounded by the loss, but may we choose to rejoice in the Lord always and again we shall rejoice.
Prayers,
Chauncy & Jaqui Craig

Psalm 23 verse 1 I think speaks the best for Ray,because he lived his life with no looking back. He made me realize that...we shared good and hard times together with his head always held high, always looking forward to the next day. I will never forget the laughs we shared. So Ray,on your journey never forget "The Lord is my shepherd..." Psalm 23. Gone but will never be forgotten.

My deepest condolences to the family. Ray had one of the most genuine smiles and could light up the room with his warm spirit.
Although he will be sorely missed, his love and his essence live on forever and I am so grateful to have known him.
— love always Doris

I met Ray when he welcomed us to his home in 1989 in St.Croix as his part of his family .
Meka was 18 months old and you Ray made US feel at home after leaving my family in another country. .
Kind and respectful with such coolness yours smiles as big as the ocean and your spirit as free as the eagle. Meka and Jayden are a part of you and I am grateful.
Your bloodline will continue Cool Ray. You will never be forgotten .
I love you Ray - thank you.for your love. See you in heaven.

Rest in Eternal peace to a noble man. When my parents separated and we moved back to St. Croix, I grew up in my Maternal Grandparents’ house. My earlier childhood years there were great times and I will always remember him as a generous, extremely intelligent and conservative man. Very cool, calm, collected and always dressed nice. Our family dynamic changed at a certain point but I never lost my love for my grandfather. I even gave my son his name (Keyshawn’s middle name is Raymond) because to me his name stands for a dignified man. Above all, that’s who he was. I’m glad that who I grew up to be made him proud. No love was ever lost and he knew that until the end. Rest in Heaven Grandpa Ray.

Wayne and Pam, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. I know Ray meant the world. Losing a parent is something that seems to always hurt...but I pray you find the peace and understanding to comfort your soul in time. So blessed to have met Ray and will forever remember his smile, earring and beautiful black island skin!
