In Loving Memory of Lani

Lelanni Rose Vaiano passed on January 2nd, 2024 at the age of 71. Survived by her daughter Tatiana Vaiano and her beloved grandchildren Zachary and Ruby Cannon, son in Law Brian Self and her second set of grandchildren Sean Self and Anique Self,  her brother Carvin DiGiovanni and many nephew's, niece's and cousins.

Lani faced the formidable adversary of breast cancer with unwavering courage. Her tenacity and determination in the face of adversity were nothing short of remarkable. Through the highs and lows of her journey, she displayed a resilience that left an indelible mark on those privileged to witness her fight.

Lani, a vibrant firecracker and trailblazer, left behind a legacy of love, strength, and curiosity that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her. She departed this world as a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, aunt, and friend, leaving a profound impact on the lives she touched.

Born with an insatiable curiosity for the mysteries of the world, Lani approached life with a relentless spirit and unwavering commitment to her family and friends. Her intellect and strength shone brightly, guiding her through. She tackled challenges with grace and resilience, embodying a strength that inspired those around her.

Nature was Lani's muse. She loved to paint and create, arranging found treasures into stunning displays. Lani's artistic touch was evident in the handcrafted gifts she lovingly bestowed  upon her loved ones embodying the depth of her love and thougtfulness. Lani's creative nature not only enriched her own life but also left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to admire and share in her creative expressions.

As we bid farewell to Lani, let us remember her as the smart, strong, and generous soul she was—a beacon of light in the lives of those she touched.
